Billing & Payments

Payment options: Cash (in our office), check, credit card, through your bank's online payment system, or online at umhjsa.mygovhub.com

Your quarterly bill is based on 1) water consumption information from Aqua or from customers on water wells, and 2) a service fee based on your water meter size

Water consumption minimum usage charge (5,000 gallons or less per quarter) is $36.60 for residential and public customers, and $45.85 for commercial and industrial customers.

Water usage charges are $7.32 per 1,000 gallons for residential and public customers and $9.17 per 1,000 gallons for commercial and industrial customers.

Properties on well water (non-public) are charged by fixture count or blue card (self-report meter read).

The Service Fee for a residential property with a 5/8- or 3/4-inch-diameter water meter, or a residential customer with well water, will be $12.00 per quarter ($4/month). These service fees are common in other sewer authorities (Abington - ~$20/quarter, Warminster - $32/quarter, Conshohocken - $45/quarter, Bucks County Water and Sewer - $78.15/quarter), as well as other household utility services (PECO electric - ~$31.53/quarter, PECO gas - ~$41.70/quarter). The Service Fees for larger-diameter water meters will be more, due to their greater impact on our operations. A list of Service Fees for different water meter sizes is listed below.
